Our Ministry Team
Monique Maloney
Monique Maloney is a talented graphic designer having received both a BA and a Master of Arts. She heads up her own line of plush animals called Day Six. (The day on which the land animals were created.) She has a passion to see a difference for the kingdom be made through creative outlets. Monique's partnership has provided fresh ideas and creative thinking. Her contributions have been critical to alerting others of the capabilities and needs of our ministry. Monique lives with her husband in Phoenix, AZ.
Melissa Gerke
Melissa Gerke is a graphic designer who has focused on the technical construction of the web ministry at BSEM. She graduated with BS in Graphic Design as well as a Master of Arts. Her contributions have involved the design, programming, maintaining and editing for dsoat, To Timothy, and the BSEM website. Melissa also resides in Phoenix, AZ where she actively pursues her passion of graphic design.
Makenzie Schettler
Makenzie has been a faithful supporter of BSEM through prayer, blood, sweat, tears, and about anything else you can think of. Makenzie has readily accepted with grace tasks such as sending out mailings and keeping the books. Beyond many of the day-to-day responsibilities she travels with Ben and speaks regularily to young ladies. She has received bachelor degrees in theatre and in music with a proficiency in voice which she uses in many of the churches we are able to minister to.
Mark Botts
Mark graduated with an advanced degree in directing from the American Music and Dramatic Academy in New York City. He is a gifted screen writer and has written screen plays for AMDA as well as the After Party Production Company. Mark has served as a youth pastor and currently resides in Lynchberg, VA where he assists with the screen writing and directing of Visual Impact productions.
Tim Bjorgen
Tim is our camera man and editor. After completing his bachelor’s degree, Tim pursued his passion for the camera at Sonlight Studios. He has shot and edited film for Christian Television and Christian advertising. Tim contributes by providing film editing and professional photography expertise for our film productions.
